BPeace

Last week we hosted a fellow furniture maker and  Afghan woman, Fatima, at our factory in Connecticut.  Through a program sponsored by the Business Council for Peace, for two days we met with Fatima. We got to know her and her incredible story of survival and resistance in Afghanistan under Taliban rule.  We showed her our manufacturing processes, and talked marketing strategies.  It was an amazing, eye opening experience.  Read more about Bpeace and the work they do here.
